A world in every precious drop

With my feet firmly and carefully planted on the ground, I know, I am made of stars, and I am of the earth. With gentle breath and filled with joy, my heart is wide with gratitude. I am alive having this glowing moment of loving self care. And as I dab, and press, and pat, and rub, taking in through my skin and senses, I pause to recognize the interconnection of all living things. Just as it is with the food I eat, and the friends I surround myself with, whether from near or far, there is a world in every precious drop. Many hands tending the earth to bring these drops from place to face. The rocks and wind and water, the soil and the sun. Many languages and songs woven into the harvest. With my feet firmly planted in the earth, arms stretched to heaven, heart open wide, I am alive, aligned, and full of gratitude for each and every one.
